Chief Technical and Compliance Officer
An accomplished technocrat holding a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the reputable Institute of Engineers, India (IEI), she has been entrusted with the creation, development, and ongoing enhancement of all operations-related portfolios.
Being a thoroughly detailed, self-motivated individual, her academic excellence plays a major role in making her the right person to work closely with our on- and off-site operations teams.
Her responsibilities include:
* All levels of software development from Information Gathering, Design, Planning, Coding, and Testing to Maintenance.
* Web design, development, and all related works.
* Monitoring and coordinating all operations related to compliance and implementation of Joint Ore Reserve Committee (JORC) and equivalent Reporting standards with the site team in our mining operations as and where required.
* Monitoring and coordinating compliance and implementation of Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) leading to necessary certification and accreditations, in all Precious Metals Refining-related operations being developed for our clients.
* Ensuring end-to-end compliance to Precious Metals Chain of Custody, commencing from Point of Origin through the entire process up to Point of Sale.
* Development, implementation, training, and compliance of all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operations related to our businesses.
